All right, let's talk about how this comic is showing people without masks! Because I've seen it pop up in recent comments.

There are a few reasons as to why, and none of them are political, radical, who-you-gonna-cal:

1. it's realistic, and what I personally observe at markets

2. I WANT YOU TO SEE PEOPLE'S FACES and it's hard to cover even just half of them with masks because I'm an artist that puts a lot of expression into characters' faces and that's my main way of breathing life into my comics!

3. also sometimes I just forget drawing a mask on Pia or some other guy and have to add them in at the last minute because I'm also a forgetful artist :D

So if ever you wonder why, just remember that it's a comic and it's not there to tell anyone what to do or not do in a pandemic (god no).

It's there to show bugs and gay idiots!
