I didn't know how I'd translate "la belle Noëlle" in english (in a way that would fit the bubble) and then I realized pretty much everyone would understand "belle" and how it wouldn't be far fetched that Pia would use that word. It rhymes with Noëlle! I didn't wanna ruin that!

ps: "belle" means "beautiful" (feminine form) :)
