So, as you may have noticed, sometimes there are bits of texts that are in French (like in that second panel). This is not necessarily because I'm lazy (though I'm not entirely ruling it out), it's because I find it logical that in some instances the French remains, since all of this is based in France, and the original language is French!
When it's not necessary to translate something in English and it's clear enough what might be said (in the second panel above, the little texts talking about insects, and pointing to different parts of the body, and seeing words that are similar to the English translation like "2 antennes", you can tell what's going on without having to understand every word), I may leave it as is.
There are many instances when this is done in other comics, books, movies, etc, but usually it's the other way around. English texts are kept in English, and the non-English viewers have to guess what it means in the context given. While I know English is a much more common language than French, I do enjoy keeping some bits of French around to remind us that other languages and cultures exist! That we're not in America ;)
